There are a large number of letters within the papers of Mr Leeds. These include personal letters from his family and friends, together with correspondence from colleagues within Oxford and from other Museums throughout Britain and Europe. There are also letters from members of the public asking Mr Leeds for his professional advice and opinion on a particular object or site.
