Inscription/Mark: double eagle resembling the Lübeck town marks (Rosenberg 3139-3143, but not exactly corresponding) (struck on the base)
Maker's mark: hour-glass (probably Rosenberg 3159) (struck on the rim)

Silver-gilt beaker and cover embossed with lobes; floral finial; three feet in the form of bulbous plants. Around the rim of the cup is engraved a band of dophin-scroll decoration with cherubs
