Wooden chest with silver feet, lock-plate and flower handle, retaining its key. The sides and hinged lid are inlaid with buildings in landscapes, the windows made of mother-of-pearl. The chest has three compartments, each containing a silver tea canister with a foliate top. On two of these the foliate top detaches revealing a hole, on the third the whole lid is hinged.
