IOHANNES WILKES Birminghamensis, Artium ferrariarum peritissimus, Securitati hujusce Musei prospiciens, Valvas Scholæ Historiæ Naturalis boreales, Serâ varijs obicibus et ferramentis elaborata firmiter Satis munivit.

Translation: :

John Wilkes, of Birmingham, a very expert locksmith, attending to the security of this Museum, satisfactorily strengthened the northern doors of the Natural History school with an elaborate bolt, bars and other ironwork.
